Prediction - Alpha Wolves vs. [mhm] (WEEK2)

Lineup for Alpha Wolves - Rel1k, BigTymer, MadMardigan

Lienup for [MHM] - Susan, LukeR, iLLuzionZ

Looks to be a good matchup, however I do believe that [MHM] has much better players / fraggers. Yes, I know that Alpha Wolves have good players on their squad who are exceptionally good with SMG's. But, if there is one thing that I have learned in my twelve years in E-Sports and gaming, it is that good players that were former competiitve players are very versitile with many weapons. Not just AK47's and AWP's. These players from [MHM] are my prediction to win the tournament.

I do believe that the Alpha Wolves will be ready and will come prepared. But, I do think they have one HUGE dissadvantage. BigTymer has laid off of his gaming for the past 3 weeks. Look for him to be rather rusty in his play. In the end I think that will be the ultimiate difference in this matcup. Good luck to both teams!

You may want to start putting these predictions in the CS:S Match Server forum.

Seems like a reasonable prediction. I do agree that former competitive players can be versatile with a variety of weapons, you kind of need to be if you think you're every going to win the first round of a scrim – MP5/head armor second buys and what not. Though, I don't know of too many who have much versatility outside of the USP, Glock, Deagle, and MP5.

Well I appreciate your thoughts Brad ,alot you have to say sounds very interesting .I appreciate you sharing your thoughts .Ideas and self expression is never a bad thing but never pushing forward or sharing your thoughts can be the worst thing of all .Keep them coming baby.

On a side not I wish there was a event forum dedicated to event related subject matter .

Who gives a rat's ass where he posted it? Either forum is appropriate, and like he said in another topic more people will see it here than in the match forum.

As for this matchup I think the big key will also be the competitive experience on mhm. It is one thing to call rushes on TPG, but quite a bit different calling strats for a 3v3/5v5.

Just also wanna point out how much I appreciate BradDick's and everyone else's predictions and discussions. I don't think I've checked forums as frequently in all my years at TPG. I love the attention and interest that is developing towards this tourney and cannot wait for it to really start rolling along, and already can't wait for future tourneys!
