New here, question about calls.
I've been playing a bit on the CS:S servers recently and I'm new to calls and just CS:S in general and I'm wondering if someone could explain to me what exactly is expected of me when a slowplay is called, I can usually figure out the other calls or follow the team but this one I want some clarification on before I mess it up and draw notice from the admins, especially since the callers seem to have a fondness for calling slowplay when I get the bomb. Thanks in advance for the help.

Slowplay means there is no rush. More of a pick-off call. Usually this is done when you are down a few rounds or just to switch it up. Sometimes its called when your team is broke. It's also used by some of the regular players to get an advantage over the other team as far as numbers like 10 vs 4 players. Once a good number is obtained, they will rush a site. Usually Slowplay is only called on the T side. If you have the bomb, just sit back in a neutral area between both sites and wait till someone says rush it or that a site is clear.
When in doubt, post here and ask questions or ask in-game."Look at me once means trouble, twice means death"

I would add a couple of things onto what Zoran said.
1. Make sure you spread out. 8 people watching one spot is usually a good way to die.
2. Don't give up ground to slow play. Don't let the CT's have Banana on inferno, Ivy or Upper B on train, or short A on d2, etc withtout a fight. The point of a slow play is to get picks. That means you want to control the choke points and once you are in a position to control the choke points THEN you wait for the CT's to get antsy and push.
