I guess you could say I game while at work. I am a trainer for a large US bank, and I travel A LOT for my job. Sometimes weeks at a time. But I also have the luxury of working from my home office at times, which means as long as I am caught up on my workload, I can game away
But when working from home and gaming, I can usually only play games that don't require 100% of my attention. So unfortunately, FPS games are out, so mostly when I do game from "work" its RPG or strategy games so I can come and go as needed.
Its great.

Re: Playing at work
At my old job, I'd get after hours trouble calls if something went wrong with one of our systems. A lot of the resolutions were "OK, go try this." and then waiting for 30 minutes (phone on speaker, muted, and I was getting paid time and a half). It sucks to be woke up in the middle of the night for a field call, but it was nice when I could just hang out, play CS:S and get paid for it.
