Just want to say...
Thanks.
I'm not going to be nice about it -
I suck at this game.
But not as much as when I started, and I owe 99% of that to you guys.
I know a lot more of the maps.
Come out with a positive K/D like every once in a while.
Accidental team flashes are way down.
(I still remember my first flash:
Dust 2, rushing long, out in front. Buy my flash, get it out. Hyped about this.
Round start, run, line up my shot, wait for it, wait for it
Wait too long, throw my flash, hits the damn wall
Watch in horror as it slowly spirals up in the air ....
Epic team flash, costs us the round as we stacked in on top of nades blind as hell.
....Stupid TF2 n00bs in CSS.....
///Uninstall////)
But I came back for more punishment.
And it's so worth it.
Some of the guys on this server play this game like an art form.
Specing is an honor. (Trust me, I spend alot of time in spec)
The skill I see at times is to me inspiring, they make it look so damn easy...
And the guys that play here, they MAKE this server.
Yung and Sherriff with the best damn calls I have ever heard. And not just the calls, we have many, many good shot callers here, but the way they deliver them, where even a new guy like me can understand them. (Most of the time..(Red room? WTF is Red Room))
They really get people motivated, not just to win, but to win together.
Mardigan, I love getting to follow you on a rush with a damn p90. Any day man, right with ya.
Manno, all around solid. Chill attitude, but full of serious business.
Vafa, I have learned more from you than probably anyone just by watching.
KidwiththeFace, thanks for all the lessons on pira (bro fist)
Hocus, always willing to laugh at me and remind me how bad I am
Toker, you have to sell your soul to be this cool.
Duddy, too many jokes to count
Plenty more that I just cant think of right now
I strive to learn and apologize in advance for the mistakes I make along the way.
That time I blocked you in tuns....
That time I peeked when I should have just held the site...
That time I didn't look at my radar and realize I was the last one alive...
That time I didn't realize I had the bomb and was busy tossing stupid nades instead of planting...
Soo many fuck-ups, but not as much as I used to.
I have improved. (Some, maybe, just a little, kinda...)
A few knife kills.
A few successful nades.
A flash here and there that actually does the team some good.
So, keep hollering at me, keep telling me what I did wrong.
I know its hard, but thanks for the patience.
p.s. - the only reason I ever pick up the awp is to give it to someone who can use itLast edited by _BuRn_; 07-05-11 at 10:30 PM.

Welcome back!
Tpg was the first server I ever played cs on, back in 2007.
First few months were painful, but that is why I love this game. It wasn't ez mode like cod where I can jump in not even having ever played the game before and still go positive. It gets better, but 4 years later and I'm still learning

Re: Just want to say...
Mr Burn, you play good now. Glad you WANT to learn, that imo is the most important quality a person SHOULD have, and no one else can help with.
