What happened to de_forest?

Ever since TTP changed to TPG de_forest has not been played and is not in the main line-up anymore. Could we put this map back in the main line-up?

Considered a server killer and much too large to most people. It's fun as hell, but it wont be on TPG ever again. Now Dust2_Ultimate, that is one map that got positive feedback that we dropped much too prematurely. Whatever...

They took the Forest down because a few of us ruled it with either a shotgun or the Steyr Scout. All the pansy-ass, city-slicker, gum-smackin', faux-hawk hair fag, coffee-can havin' exhaust pipe tools could not handle the Hitch-style beat down that we gave them in woods. They were squeelin' like Ned Beaty in "Deliverance", beggin' a few of us good 'ole boys to stop knockin' their asphault-loving peckers into the dirt.

In other words, Sirs, I miss the hell out of that Map and am prone to embellish a tad when speaking of my good times on it!

de_forest was not a good map. Too big to effectively rotate, and so many things obstructing the sight lines that it was a game of 'find the spot that hides you the best'. It wasn't fun.
