Re: Just putting it out there...
Stealthy isn't saying saving or not buying rounds 1 2 3 or 10 isn't a good idea. He's simply saying that you guys not get on someone's case too hard if they do buy. No there is not a rule that says you must save at any round. It's just good common sense.
Once again understand what the original post is about. He's not saying saving is a good or bad idea. His point is that it's not the end all be all if someone happens to buy when they should have saved.
On a side note: Stealthy, get a thicker skin, ya wuss. That goes for the rest of you overly sensitive, pink panty wearing, unorganized pieces of ......... You get the point.Last edited by xis; 10-28-11 at 01:03 PM.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Re: Just putting it out there...
Stealthy, you know I love you man. I say keep this topic open, it's good, get this out, and let people read and share.
Simple things most people do without thinking:
Eco rounds = Deag + flash x2 or Deag + nade (very basic, we all do this, or a variation)
You buy LIGHT on anti eco rounds, cause your opponent don't have big guns.
You try to slow play more on anti eco rounds.
You save the 2 rounds after losing pistol round.
You have heard callers call this shit out, you just don't either pay attention or think about it, kinda like killing Guyver.
"Oh, I got a kill? Wasn't paying attention."

Re: Just putting it out there...
You guys never cease to amaze me. We have not and will not ban or punish a player for failing to follow the call or play with his team if he buys a weapon he has the money to buy. It doesn't matter if a "save" "eco" or whatever was "the call." However, if the call was nade rush lower, glock rush or something similar the fact that you bought will not save you from the admins wrath if you hold back.
And as to the "we must save rounds 2-3" - meh.

Re: Just putting it out there...
I have a very thick skin, This was a hiccup due to the frustration i was having just being able to play, then playing 4maps straight and losing each time by either a wide margarine or a short one drove me up a wall, Then to be told that just drove me nuts. Yes we have our disagreements aussie and it most certainly doesnt change the fact that we are good pals. This is just one of those incidents where anger drives someone to act on impulse instead of cooling off a bit and shaking it off.

Re: Just putting it out there...
Ditto. Regardless of whether it's smart or not, it's dependent on the player. I buy what I have the money for or what my situation is. Calling a "save" round is silly to me. Cause the reason you have a save round is cause you can't buy a rifle(and a full kit), but I do better with smgs or other cheap weapons so I have money to spend. Why shouldn't I be able to? It's not like I'm rebelling against the call. I'm buying a weapon that has use, and I'm using said weapon to help the team.
