I miss playing Dust 2 and Im not afraid to say it.

I think people complained so much about playing D2 all the time because they thought they were gonna look cool by saying it was overplayed.. and now we never play it.. and your stuck w/ your negative k/d ratio on some randy-militia map... congrats.. (raging)

I'd rather play Militia over Season or Dust2. Just sayin'...... All the CSS maps are old to me. Even after taking a break for a month to pwn in BF3, I played a few rounds of CSS and could only take so much of the same thing.

To be honest, Toker is right. After playing a game like BF3, playing CS:S is like going back and trying to play GoldenEye on N64. Well maybe not that bad, but it does get boring and I could just hop on BF3 and walk around for hours looking at the environment.

haha.. i loved golden eye. I agree the visuals are not comparable, buuuuut... the teamplay aspect is more fun on CSS to me... I see people starting to trickle back in CS and I bet it is because of the teamplay and commrodary.

BF3 is nothing but pure teamplay, on TPG anyways. This thread isn't about comparing the two games, totally different animals, but I guarantee you no one person is a game changer in BF3. It is ALL about the team. Hell, admins don't even swap players, EVER, because if a team is getting raped, it's the teams fault for not having better teamplay. In CS:S, one person CAN be a game changer.

Again, it's not fair to compare the two, but BF3 has as much or requires as much teamplay as CSS, if not more.

Back on topic: So, Dust2 isn't played that much? Maybe you'll join my ANTI-PlaySeaonEveryOtherMap Campaign...

In BF3, the whole team isn't really working together. Its as if in CS the call was always "Work in teams of 2 and plant in one of the bombsites." I'd say BF3 has much less teamplay.

As to dust2, I think we play it just enough. Its a good map and isn't played as often as it once was. However we really need de_cache.
