I was thinking about having a CD/ music DVD review sub forum in the music thread. People could write reviews on recent buys

ditto for movie reviews (go in movies thread of course)

o n have someone do the movie reviews in a Jay Sherman kind of way

How popular/active would that be...it's an OK idea, but would only get it's own sub-forum if it actually got used.

Maby for now, start a thread and we'll gauge the activity..

Nope, not a whole sub-forum, it just wouldn't work, and I think the sites over the top with all the sub-forums now.

My two cents.

Maybe a sticky in the Entertainment sub-forums? Would be better suited.

How about starting a thread encouraging people to post their own reviews in it before asking for a subforum? Reviews will probably get more exposure in a thread anyway (unless it is mega active).

You might have your terminology mixed up here. A thread is an individual discussion, and threads are placed in forums. Subforums are placed within forums too, but appear in an area at the top of the forum.

Hey guys, I opened my mail yesterday and found myself a B-Day card(btw it was in Feb.), but anwys it had $$$ in it. I was wondering if DoD was worth getting. i play with most of you guys on CS:S, so i thought I could trust your judgement. Should I get it

oh and which one should i get DoD or DoD:S...or both?

The server launch time has been very sporadic.. but, as of late, it seems that after 8 CST is best.

TTP DoDers can use all the priming help we can get... I hope you get DoDs, get into it, and that I see you on!
