Ha, I was just ragging on you about the more quicker double comparison. And to think, I went to a Louisiana school...although it was private.

Sniper, handz down!

Not the MG because unless you have wall hacks or the person is just stupid, you won't be able to hold off a position for very long since you're a sitting duck with your face as the main target.

The sniper is a good choice if you're good at it. But if you're up against enemy support or assault and you miss, you're pretty much screwed unless you have some cover.

Sniper > MG

a gun can only kill as fast as it can shoot... and nothing shoots faster than a 42. a sniper can't expect to take out 5 people rushing him at once. a machinegunner can. sure, the sniper might survive... but he's not holding that flag against a coordinated rush.

My vote goes for Support, even though I accidently voted assault.
I'd say MG but that's too easy, come on, of course it's best for defense... but for all around mobility, power, and efficiency, a support rifle can't be beaten imo.
Sniper can only cover so much area, and an MG has to be placed into one strategetic spot... but a support gun?
With a sniper you gotta actually pay attention to your crosshairs... with a support gun you can just fire in all directions like a rambo mother fucker and cover a huge area of chaos and destruction.

I would say a Sniper is the best at defense even though I don't play much as one. Claymores are a great way to defend a flag and they really piss people off, which makes it more difficult for them to concentrate.
