Server Down?

Can't find it on the list and my direct connect icon says it's not there.

Can anybody else see it?

It was gone, but it is back up on my xfire if you are talking about the TTP server.

it was down....I think it got hung up one something. But it's back up now.

too bad no one gives a damn enough to get the game going.

i hate to be the one to point this out, but... if you're so concerned about it, why don't you connect to the empty server? if it's midday, and i see the server empty, i'll usually connect, even if i'd rather have been playing cs. within half an hour, it'll be 8v8. if you're so worried about the DoD server's rank on some connection history website, get off the damn cs server that's ALWAYS FULL IN MIDDAY, and therefore DOES NOT NEED SOMEONE TO JUMPSTART THE CONNECTIONS, and get on the DoD server. you're the only person i've seen bitch about the server being empty... and yet you only have 30 hours on the server... compared to your EIGHT HUNDRED hours on the cs server. if you want the servers to get an equal amount of connections, then start fucking playing on both servers EQUALLY. play BOTH games or stop complaining when no one is playing the game that you yourself aren't playing.

I've earned my stripes, and I've put in my time. My relationship and responsibility with TTP is far past trying to "get people on the server". That's why we have 30 admins, instead of 2.

I don't play DoD for the same reason Dome doesn't play CS. It's just not my game.

And the same complaints about "no one's on the server" happen in the CS forums, both admin and public.

you don't see anyone else but me "bitching" about the server being empty? Here's a thought........use the search tool, and look it up. That, and maybe think before you decide to make such a blind, ignorant criticism.

Wow. Didn't mean to throw shit intot the fan.

I ended up going to the Px scrim just as the TTP server came back up.

Personally, I would LOVE to be able to play mid-day. Too bad my employers are such tightasses with the network security.
