Quality of the Players

This isn't really talking about regulars or the new regs, but is it me or with the new update, does it seem like we are getting a lot of non-teamplayers comming in, not capping flags, spawn camping, mging etc etc.? It used to be have to maybe ***** at one guy for not going and getting flags, now its entire teams. It kinda saddening that only 3-4 people in the past i wanna say about 10 hours i've played have seemed like ttp worthy. Anything we can do to get rid of the non-teamplayers, don't want them to scare off the guys who actually work as a team and want to be a team player.

I think its just because of the free week special, and update that we've been getting annoying brats on the servers, i think it should be fine in a couple of days. If not....god help up

only thing i can say is try and instruct them in the ways of TTP. If they refuse to change and are nothing but achivement hunters looking for their 500 punch kill they should be kicked, banned, or whatever it takes to open their slot up for a member who wants to learn our servers game player style. I agree most of the madness over the weekend was due to the free bee, but also with the new update there are bound to be people who have returned to the game of DOD so those are the ones that instruction may apply and if not than yes there is always room on the ban list for them in the future.

that's probably it. Although don't be so hard on people who use the mg, they can be very helpful. Remember, capturing flags isnt the only way to help your team win.

when you have 3 mgs though, plus 1-2 snipers, and the rest of your team is sitting back yeah its a little annoying

i donr like the achievement thing either cause it makes you do stuff for you and not the team/ i dont have any achieved, so im sad

not all of them are anti team like, get the winning cap, clean sweep on colmar, the one with getting 100 caps or something and the wins with allies/axis. alot are anti-team though but could be done while being a team player (kinda like the medals on bf2, some are hard to get and still be a good teammate but possible)

i played for about 10 minutes on the server today and heres a bit of what i saw

10yearold: you fukin suk get on my level son
other10yearold: yo you suck

crybaby: fkin spawn campers (after half the opposing team RUNS past the spawn entrance to cap the point)

emo: you guys all suck (his team was losing and he had the worst k:d out of them all)
