New Player Guide?
So as you may have noticed, I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy DoD:S.
I was wondering if anyone knew any New Player Guides or Guides in general that I could read?
It was fun playing with you all today.

DoD:S Game Manual - Controls
Glad to have you.
The assault class tends to be the easiest for newcomers.
Any questions, ask away.

I generally go Rifleman for German (almost always 1 shot kills), and Rocket for US (Carbine is the shit).
Sent from my Badass DroidWhy no rank?
Because that isn't why or how I play.

I agree with the assessment that assault is best for beginners. They are effective on most maps and their main weapon is not too bad on the recoil. I personally started out using support class mostly because they are fully auto but pack more punch than the assault class guns. As I got better at the game, I settled on rifleman as my favorite. The German one is especially great: one shot, one kill, but the American one is good too.
My best advice is this: Keep at it. This game has great, quick-paced, tactical combat that will leave you wanting more after a good round.
Once you learn the recoil and the maps, you will be an addict for life.Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

Re: New Player Guide?
Gun...point in direction of enemy. Lol
Most of your FPS skills will carry over from the other games. Don't bother going prone and also realize that the crosshairs are dirty liars.
