So, after careful consideration, I've decided to do a few things:

1. Stop smoking for a while. It's becoming a financial burden at roughly $7/pack (I only smoke Natural American Spirits).

2. Apropos (1), I'll be getting back into a shape. I have a friend who said she gained a lot of weight after quitting smoking and given that I already need to lose some weight, I cannot risk this. As such, I will be attempting to gradually build up to a decent workout by jump roping daily and doing ab workouts. I'm really getting tired of not having the body I used to.

Only 3 smokes left in this pack... then it's all over for a while. It's going to be interesting to feel that "I feel so much better" thing that I hear from a lot of people who quit/tried to quit smoking. It's also going to be interesting to see the level of dependence I have on these things. I told myself I would never become addicted, I really hope I didn't.

You know, it's really only partially to do with the looks. I'd like my clothes to fit like they used to (some are going to be a bit big but whatever) and I'd like to not get so damn hot all the time. Having some extra weight on you is killer in the summers here.

Oh, and boss, is there any particular reason why I'm seeing a lack of hair on that upper torso of yours?
