Skyrim too short...
It's just the way I feel.
Not the entire game but most of the guilds.
Going the mages guild, listen to lecture, go to a dig site, run around, your arch mage.
Join the companions, fight a guy, go kill a butt load of zombies, your a werewolf in this super exclusive circle.
Join the stormcloacks, kill some zombies, attack white run, attack some forts, end the war.
There was plenty of side quests, I just wanted more from the main path I guess.
What do you folks think?
Oh, I feel the Skyrim area was to small. Just felt like Morrowind was hella huge by comparison.
When I stepped out of Whiterun to go kill my first dragon, I check the map and freak thinking the tower was halfway to the other side of the map. It was on the map. But not much more then a 5 minute skip ingame.Dispatch the DooM

Re: Skyrim too short...
True, that does piss me off. I keep flashing back to the Xplay exclusive, where the designer is goes on about you can get to anything you see. See that mountain, you can climb to the top of that mountain. It will take you half an hour to find the ONE path that you can walk up, you might see something close to a clear path on you map, or that might just lead you to a 20 degree snowy incline.
I like how they added caves to pass throught the mountains, but I would have like a more destinct image on the map to know how to get up the mountain.Dispatch the DooM

Re: Skyrim too short...
I find the guild quests seem more fulfilling if you dont do them very fast. I joined the campanions right off the bat (and had some trouble getting through that first silverhand/undead dungeon) and then I think iv done a few more but havnt comepleted it yet. I same with mage and thief. Done a few for each and I JUST got the nightingale armor for thief. So each one seems really big cause I keep seeing them on my map but doing other quests :P

Re: Skyrim too short...
Indeed, the game very good and I have no regrets paying $60 for it. Given how good it is, I just would have liked a touch more in certain areas to make it, hook up an IV line I don't have time to eat, good.
I certaily can't wait for the plug-ins and expantions for this one.Dispatch the DooM

Re: Skyrim too short...
Im actually finding it to be too monotonous. Most of the quests basically are just 'go to this dungeon, go through a bunch of rooms, and retrieve this item', rinse, repeat.
The only good story line is the main one and I finally just killed my first dragon after 20 hours of side quests. Maybe thats why its boring me... haha
