I dont know how huge enemies would work though. With the wide vareity of attacks it would be really hard to make an enemy that any class would find hard to beat. You would need something that could spot rouges, do LONG range damage vs them (huge non moving target = easymode) Do good short range damage for 1h and 2h people and not do so much that mages wouldnt be able to handle it.

Location is usually the best way to remove the super long range fights, a small cave that gets blocked off or maybe even an area that gets sunken down like a sandy beach. Assuming it's possible to change terrain in real time. Proximity based add spawns work too to force players into range, unless they enjoy masses of little minions coming for them.
Is it possible to do the things those devs did in the Creation Kit, or not really?
