Yay religion! Now, if I'm bored enough, I can play a holy crusader (well outside of EUIII). I'd be willing to try a game, and always willing to play a long ass time. I haven't played a lot of V yet anyways.

I'm game, though not sure I'm getting any of the DLCs. Any Sunday I should be free. Saturdays are iffy.

I was thinking of declaring no DLC for this match.

I think a lot of people don't have much of the DLC.

I will likely lose, but it will be fun anyway. We also need to make sure that everyone is on vent/TS/mumble together.

So one question, is this we all team up to try to beat Soy?

I noted at one point it sounds that way. I meant to be pompous was all...

Depends on the number of players... maybe if it is slow you can all practice by trying to make war on me.

I just figured if it was us vs you then we could all plan a different tech tree, and then share techs. We would be launching nukes while you are still flinging arrows.

heh.. in Civ V you make research agreements. No tech trading. Basically buy paying money mutually two civilizations may spend some number of turns waiting and then receive a large science bonus that will apply to your current tech, and whatever else is next in your tech queue. Really made tech. trading more reasonable...
