Minecraft World 1.2 Bug

You'd imagine that you'd have a bug thread stickied by now...

Anyways, Gordon and I found a bug in the 1.2 world 'the promised land'
Buttons are permament. As in... Push button, button stays pushed. Never undo itself

Pets stop being anyone's (and killable, except by suffocation and explosion) when their original owner leaves the server.

Guess we'll have to wait for the next version to come out.

Server bug. Don't know why it does this, but it makes water and lava not go away, too.

Hopefully it's a bukkit bug and not a minecraft server bug. If it's a bukkit bug it'll likely be fixed soon.

For now it seems just a simple server restart fixes it (temporarily)

Admins can do a server restart with /reload in that case.

Oops.... I forgot. That just reloads all plugins. never mind. Doesn't appear to be a restart command. And since I run a gui interface I don't have the option of running a plugin that does the restart. They just stop the server and run the normal server script which I don't use.
