Because its not actually called black Mesa source anymore a few years ago valve got them to drop the source part of their name, now it's just black Mesa
And it's a mod.

I did hear it's not the full game but I can't say for sure. I think they split it into two parts because it had been so long. Part two should be out in under six months. Can anyone confirm this?
