Morrowind and Oblivion must have mods
So I bought both in the evil steam sale...
I have both installed. I want to play them, but want sexy graphics before I do that. I just spent 20 minutes sifting through our forum for the thread about morrowind update and couldn't find it, and I can see the nexus has a bagillion mods too, so if you'd be awfully kind and point me at the good stuff I will be exuberantly happy.
Cheers!

Morrowind Offical plug ins, all worth it.

Up to you on the Oblivion ones

I like the fighters strong hold because its a fucking castle with a few quests.
The knights of the Nine was also worth it. Theres about as much play time in it as Dawnguard.
The rest were meh.
Also
Tamriel Rebuilt
The Morrowind mod is massive. Like as big as the main game.
The oblivion mod was good, but I had a few issues with the boarders.
You might need this, Oblivion mod manager at Oblivion Nexus - Oblivion mods and community
Get the expantions for each game, Morrowind's Bloodmoon and tribunal and Oblivion's Shivering Isles. Incase they didn't come with steam sale. they are all worth it.

I played an old version of this,

But I believe you need an additional mod that edits the skeletons otherwise you get people's legs that stretch far beyond the draw distance...
Also I don't think you can have this one and the The Isle of Stirk from the Ramriel Rebuilt site.
I didn't try this one, I think.

Really for any game that can be modded(non-mmo), the Nexus is probably the best place to go. a great place to start is their top 100 endorsed mods of all time for each game.
Been too long for me to remember anything for Morrowind specifically.
Recommended mods Morrowind - Nexus Wiki
Midas Magic,Deadly reflexes, Qarl's texture packs, Better cities, unique landscapes, kvatch rebuilt, weather, Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, and Thieves aresenal were all must-haves for me. I'm kind of a mod freak, and usually have over 100 mods running at once...I rotate through alot of them...keep some always.
