Getting rave reviews so far. 98% on Metacritic for the 360 version and 97% for PS3. Not that I always trust Metacritic, as they have some pretty janky review sites that are considered "Critic Reviews", but there are lots of 100% reviews, including IGN, with many saying that it is the best game they have ever played.
Of course, I will wait until it comes out for the PC as well, but I am pretty jealous of those that are already playing it.

Re: GTA V trailers
So far so good. The player dialogue is cracking me up. The cities seem more alive while youre driving through them. Almost like they carry on with what theyre doing long before and after I drive past them. They brought back some of that wacky humor that was in GTA III and San Andreas that was lacking in IV. The missions so far have been pretty much what you would expect in a sandbox shoot-em-up game, but they try to be fresh about it at least. I wont spoil anything but the one involving the "new age technology" company was hilarious. I can only expect them to get even more robust and entertaining as time passes through the game. I just got access to the third character you get to play (Trevor I think?) and he seems like he's going to be a lot of fun.
I feel like Im dying a LOT more in this one than previous ones though. Enemies are aimbotting probably... They are trying to incorporate a cover system and kind of a parkour feel while moving around town but not relying on it. The cover system isnt bad, but is probably why Im dying a lot (Im used to the run and gun sort of mindset). The parkour system can use some work. There have been a few times I have hit the jump button to jump over a wall only to see my character jump straight in the air, slam into the wall like a rag doll, and lose a good chunk of my health.
Although its too early to give it a final grade, expectations are being met at every turn and they were pretty high to begin with, so I'll give it a preliminary A / 96%.

That was good, now I'm watching his other reviews. So glad they used the going down the river scene in the Tomb Raider review, really shows how gruesome and awesome the game is. Clueless Gamer: Conan O'Brien Reviews "Tomb Raider" @ TeamCoco.com
