Steam support ignoring my tickets - Steam Users' Forums
Basically, this guy wants a game removed from his account because the games' multiplayer is dead, and he can't get all of the achievements in the game.
Seriously, what the fuck.
What's even sadder is, this isn't the first time I've seen a topic like that.
You paid for a game, and you want it removed (and once it's removed, they won't restore it, either) because you can't get all of the achievements? If people are that OCD about stuff like this, I shudder to think what their real life is like.

It's not a speed hack! It's a " FramesPerSecond Increaser."

lol...wow. That guy is complaining about an admin using racial and homophobic slurs.
Now, having said that, look at names he (the guy who's complaining) has used on his Steam profile:

I am just going to say this about my experiences with customer service:
Valve - Ticket opened because the game I bough from them (Batman Arkham City) had to be redeemed on Games for Windows Live. The game code said it was already redeemed, so I couldn't play the game. I contacted Valve and asked for either a new code or a refund. It took two weeks for them to respond and then another two weeks to provide the game code. Within that 2 week period of time, the price of the game dropped $10. Thanks for nothing, Valve.
Origin - Ticket opened because the game I bought (Titanfall) was not appearing on my games list. I contacted their support via chat. They informed me that someone would be calling me back today for resolution. Within 20 minutes, they called me, opened the game on my account, and I was golden.
I have actually had to deal with Origin support a few times, and they always seem to be very responsive and take it very seriously. I know that EA gets a lot of heat over their business practices, but customer support is very important, and they are doing WAY better than Valve. Valve support is God awful. Almost like the Half Life 3 team is working on our tickets.
