    You asked for a list so here are my suggestions. I think BMRF has the right kind of server settings and I think we should follow their lead.

    1.) AirDrops need to have their required player count removed or dropped to 1. I believe you said you have that accomplished.

    2. Loot Tables. (Requires Leather Mod and DropParty mod.)
    The blueprints for M4/MP5A4/Explosives/Explosive Charges need to be removed from all loot tables. They should require a research kit to be learned only.

    Explosives/Explosive Charges need to be removed from all loot tables EXCEPT the AirDrops.

    3. Starter Kit/Admin Loadout
    Found in the rustpp.cfg file. Typing in /starter or /loadout spawns in a predefined set of items apart from the normal spawn items. Those settings need to be disabled by setting them to false.

    4. Friendly Fire
    A new setting in Rust++ allows a player to set a player as a friend, and they can no longer be damaged. We need to make sure that setting is disabled and friendly fire stays on.

    5. Extend time scale by ~20%.

    6. Extend backpack/loot pack time. Seems that the player backpacks are disappearing rapidly on our server. Can we look into getting them last longer?

    SHOULD be done... no guarantees as it's not well documented. Added airdrop.min_players 1 to servers.cfg. We'll see if it works.

    DropParty and LeatherLoader are already installed... I don't see any way to configure them though so they are either automagical or not apparent as to their config.

    Removed from the weapons spawn list, retained in the supply drop spawn lists... not sure if those are the air drop or not because there's no specific loot list for air drops.

    All FF settings are on. Did you test this command last night and see that FF was off for friends?

    Added env.timescale 0.005 to server.cfg. Trouble is, I'm not sure if that sped it up or slowed it down from the default 0.006666667 setting. Nor do I know if adding these to server.cfg is where I need to add them. But hey... Break all the things is my motto.

    6. Extend backpack/loot pack time. Seems that the player backpacks are disappearing rapidly on our server. Can we look into getting them last longer?
    Nothing I've found shows that the backpack decay rate can be changed. If you find otherwise and have a variable or command I can add to the config, let me know.

    The spawnlist cfg files are under the dropparty file, at least they are in my HFB server. You can modify them from there.

    BP for the targeted items and the items themselves are still showing in regular crates/zombie drops.
