Thread: Tom Clancy's The Division

So, who all is going to get it?

I am pretty hyped for the game, especially now that the embargo on the pc version preview lifted today (though no pc gameplay footage as of yet).

Seems to be looking pretty good, and I would love to have some people to play with when it releases. (Yes I already bought it, I am one of those pre-purchasers)

So far I haven't seen anything that has wowed me about the game. It looks like a more sophisticated Borderlands to me and smaller to boot. Don't get me wrong Manhattan is a pretty large place but when I heard that that was the only part of the city in the game you can go I was a little disappointed. That being said I am a sucker for loot whoring games so I will be paying attention to the reviews when it comes out and if I like what I see I will probably get it.

THATriggerHappy and I are both going all in on this one. Been super excited for it since it was announced. I got selected for the beta next weekend so I probably won't pre-order. Well, maybe I'll grab it like a day early so I can pre-load, but only because I already know I'm gonna get it.

I was in the same boat as you right up until the moment Watch Dogs was released. Then with AC going tits up and with Far Cry being rehashed I lost all faith in Ubisoft and thus began my ban on pre-orders. They have a few titles this year The Division included that could restore that faith though and I hope they do. This could be the year Ubisoft makes its triumphant return.

While I am excited about it I won't be preordering it or buying it first day. Wait a bit and see some reviews, then I'll decide. Like Source said Ubisoft hasn't been doing to well lately, and that's making me wary.
