Multiplayer is not reviewed as highly as I had hoped, but time will tell how it really turns out.

Hmm. 8-10 hours of single player campaign kind of sucks for all the hype this game got.

I understand its replayable to use different tactics but that is still pretty short.

The multiplayer sounds pretty shitty and half baked. The one teamplay mode available seems pretty cool, and the deathmatch is just more of the crappy same old free for all.

I'll be passing this one up, other games like CoD4 have a much better multiplayer component and that is where all games keep their legs or die out.

It's a wannabe. Nothing could unseat Half-Life or its sequels and episodic content. And I'm willing to bet that even Halo has a better plot than this glorified tech demo

I wouldn't describe any video game as the greatest time of my life. :P

But I will get Crysis and expect it should be fun. Honestly I can't stand really long SP games, so 10 hours might me a plus for me. I get bored if it's much longer.

now I am not a crysis fan, but that is due to my p.c. not being able to run the game to my preffered likings.

But, I do know one thing and this has happened iin threads before....

If you don't like the game, reserve your criticisms please, There are people in this thread who are genuinely anticipating crysis, and it would be anti-TTP to come in here and crush their hopes with some negative comparisons.

I again am stating that I am not anticipating crysis, nor do i follow this game, but i would be a fan if i could play it.

So lets keep the comments to positive. :9

Some people are going to find positive and negative feedback equally valuable when evaluating a potential purchase.

That wasn't feedback that was opinion. Redeye you and Glock both just gave opinion. Negative opinions. No one should be talked out of a decision by someone who has never played the game, but only read a review.
