Crysis Graphic Tweaks

I found this article today. It talks about how to modify your Crysis game files so that you are able to have DX10 effects using DX9. If you have Crysis and you have an uber machine, you might want to try this.

First off, I need to say something:Thank you moderators and site administrators for creating this sub-section in the forums! Secondly, Im going to say that this was the second thread ever made in the scavenge section! okay, Im done with the bullcrap.

Whats your favorite scavenge map? Mine is "The Park" in The Parish because it the gas cans are close and easy to get to which means its pretty easy for survivors (although both beginning can caches [the tunnel and gazebo] can be devastating for the survivors if the spitter is used right), but with a coordinated infected team, the survivors will be brought down with relative ease.

Mall Atrium, first I thought it was impossible map, but then I realised that you can move in a team and not alone so now its my favorite map.

Motel used to be my favorite map first but now I dont like it so much anymore.

I love the one built off swamp fever chapter 1 (I think), can't remember its name.

Yknow, where you're up on the platforms, and the closet gas cans are the 3 through the walkway over the hedge? I love getting charger on that map, you can spawn on the stairs as the survivors come over it and rush them all the way back towards the generator

Yep, Plank Country is amazing. Man, the feeling of the whole map is amazing, and the Survivors get easily split up

Haha I know, there may be few places to spawn or little cover, but its huge and the cans are so spread out someone always runs off in search of one miles away, which is when you pounce around them with a hunter before pinning them.

On another note, I love doing that to the idiot rushing, just leaping around so he knows he's doomed but can do nothing to prevent it! :rofl:
