Cant freakin wait. I love free roaming games (not that RPG stuff though) and the attention to detail in this series is just amazing. Dont let your kids play it though... haha

Are the pre-sales pretty much sold out? I secured mine about a month and a half ago, so I havent really been paying attention.

Going by past versions, they release the PC version during post-coital depression for the console versions :P

Is it out yet because I wanted to play it yesterday.

More than likely I will pick it up for the PS3 because the 360 has the red ring.

Axe I am with you on wanting it for the pc but you know they are going to wait 1-2 years.
Mostly because they dont want people mod'ing the game and breaking the code this early.
I am not going to wait another year I will get the ps3 version then when it comes to steam/pc I am all over it.

I wonder if EA will have bought Rockstar's parent company by the time this comes out. I know they're trying to do that, and that means you get to deal with EA for your GTA goodness.

This debut is Rockstar's big money maker. I think the higher-ups for Rockstar have to weigh out the deal being made with the predicted outcome of sales for this game and see which will do better in the long run.

They'd have to weigh in whether or not they want their games to run like crap and get incorrectly patched as well :P

At this rate, we're going to see a three-way fight between Blizzard, EA, and Valve.
