Read an interview somewhere, where Gabe Newell stated that the HL2 Episodes were what Half-Life 3 was slated to be. To me this looks like another bogus website (based on domain information.)

I don't have any real proof, but after having spent several years on the internet honing my instincts for absolute bullshit, I must say that if this seemed any more fake it would be wearing a paper mask and humming the James Bond theme song to itself.
