Nintendo DS or Sony PSP?
Personally i have a Sony PSP, but have spent a while with a DS. I really prefer the PSP, but the only regret i have is that the game library isnt nearly as large as the DS. And there are quite a few games on the DS i would like to play, but i still prefer the PSP better.
My PSP games include:
Killzone Liberation
Socom Fireteam bravo 2
MACH
ATV Offroad fury Blazin' Trails
Madden 07'(yes i know)
Flatout Head On
God Of War chains of Olympus
Twisted Metal Head On
Patapon
Field Commander
Stars The Force Unleashed(God of War but starwars)
What does TTP think?

Well one thing the PSP has is functionality. Movies, Music, Pictures, etc.... And you can either by the UMD discs or put them on there via USB.
Internet web browsing, Wi-Fi multiplayer either Online or a nearby PSP.(Not sure if the DS does that). Oh and if you have a PSP Slim you can do skype on your PSP. As well as many other things like camera, internet radio, etc....

Re: Nintendo DS or Sony PSP?
I'm more prone to DS, but that's cause i've been a Nintendo kid my whole life. But I'll happily judge the two fairly.
Console wise:
I love the touchscreen and when done right its an amazing advancement to gaming. The duel screens provide some new looks into games; extend view, mini maps, menu screens, ect. And both bring on a lot of new ways of playing games.
PSP has a larger screen better graphics, but I personally care more about physical upgrades that graphical ones. So the DS takes it here for me.
As for games, yea the library is a bit larger for the DS, but if you actually take the time to play then you'll see a good amount of them are the same game with a different look. I think quality wise, meaning game play not looks, the PSP might have the DS beat. Sure the DS has some neat games that are original and they have great classics like the Final Fantasy series, Castlevainia, and arcade game shoot em ups, but I think they lack in a difference of games.

I don't have a PSP, but I do want one. There are just some things that it can't do that the DS can't which is nifty and the games are pretty cool from what I've seen.
However, I love how interactive the DS is, as the Wii is, just in a different manner. Not all the DS games use the touch screen to its fullest, but it is still a great idea and very nifty.

i own 2 psp systems. i i kept stock, thats my slim unit, and the other is the fat model which i have custim firmware on. these babies can do quite a lot. very nice screen, large compared to ds, and is my little work buddy because i have movies, mp3s, and games on it. granted ds has a bigger library, but quantity does not mean quality. i had a ds and only played a few games before i started just using it as an alarm clock. psp has some killer games like gta, god of war, crisis core, jeanne d'arc, metal gear, and many more that i love. ds has some good ones as well but it is not as powerful as a system compared to psp. if you have an ipod and all of that then all the extra features that the psp has might not be that important and you may like the ds. but if you are like me and you need a multimedia device then psp is a good way to go.
just this morning when my alarm went off i grabbed my psp while in bed and checked the forums. its pretty handy
