Tribes 2

Sup, would anyone be interested in playing tribes 2? It's quite fun and takes a lot of team effort (probably more than any other game i've played, or at least its up on the list). Basically its a CTF based game and you play in hella LARGEmaps. It can be a bit frustrating at first but its fun. To move across the large open area maps you have to ski (basically jump repeatedly to gain momentum while going down hill) and than taking off with your included jetpack. The jetpack is cool and puts a whole new meaning to "Dog fighting". The game also has a lot of vehicals for some extra fun.
You really have to work as a team though, heck k

is nonexistent in this game its all about capping and having your team help you get back to the base.

If you guys are up for maybe trying it out we could schedule a match on some empty server (sadly there're arn't much people playing but we have enough people to play against each other) A game like this takes up to 18-20 players to play a good round though. Tell me what you think

Tribes is free? I always wanted to give it a shot.

Once I get cable at the new house I'll try to remember to pick this up and try it out.

I still have my Tribes 2 CDs around somewhere. I was in a competitive clan for Tribes & Tribes 2. Amazing game for the time. Kinda laid the groundwork for things like the Battlefield series. It was the first game that had expansive indoor and outdoor settings.

so what do you guys think? (the ones that tried it) any TTP'rs up for a quick game on some empty server? Maybe like on Friday or Saturday?

awhile back.

I, of course, would be totally down with it. T2 is a perfect game for TTP style play.
It predates the battlefield series and still has better teamwork scoring than that knock off.

T2 is the ultimate Teamplayer game
