Whatever happened to that Crysis mod that was very mech-ish?

I grew up on mechwarrior and battletech. I can discuss, at length, the pros and cons of 'chicken walker' mechs over your traditional IS 'man-walker' mechs. This could be all kinds of awesome.

it's not finished yet.

As of right now, I'm not expecting this to be a good MechWarrior. I'm worried they will make it too much like MechAssault. I'll just wait 'till they release more news. I know IGN said they have more information about it, but they have to wait 'till Thursday to release it to the public.

man...I'd load up on heat sinks, heavy lasers, and PPCs....zoom it in.....blast your leg off, or let the PPC's over heat you, and pick you apart.

Can't remember what my favorite mech was. something big, slow, and that could carry a ridiculous amount of heavy lasers and heat sinks.

You know...same kind of shit do in TF2....where heavy is the only class worth playing, or in DoD, where the MG is the only gun worth carrying, or in 2142, where support or engineer is the only class that's actually useful.
