    Wow, this went over well. Turns out the fuck tards who bought this went and just pirated it instead. Estimated 25% of users pirated it off of forums and sites.

    And that isn't including those that pirated it from bit-torrents.

    Not even a CHARITY is worth their fucking money. Not even a Charity. And you get to pay WHATEVER you want, from 1 cent to a zillion dollars, if that's what you wanted to pay, then that is what you get to pay.

    And going off of just the 25% (that doesn't include those that bit-torrented it), that is a lost $212,500 assuming every person paid only $1.

    That means they could have made AT LEAST $1 million. But the pirates ruined it.

    I was disgusted to hear about the piracy issue after seeing this deal a short while back; it's great that they still made profits for charity, but it also says a lot about the sorts of people that pirate games.

    The piracy is kinda silly since you could buy it for 1 cent.

    Apparently, they decided that if they made over $1 mil then a few of the games would go open source, which is what's happening now.
