    Can't remember exactly when he shows up, but I know you have to have the power on, since he runs through the teleporters, but I think it was around wave 14 or so that I first saw him. He's also really, really tough to kill, not only because he runs at normal human speed, but he also has a lot of health. First time he showed up, I headshotted him 3 or 4 times with a SPAS and he still didn't drop.
