The VOIP situation is almost entirely dependent on the new engine.

DICE is a good developer, and Frostbite 2 is impressive in a lot of ways, but...it will definitely have shortcomings somewhere. Definitely hope it fixes that shit, because that would just be a tragic waste after everything else.

On the bright side, unless I misread something, the com rose is back.

well if DICE doesnt put voip into BF3 how many people are going to forever lose faith in them seeing as how this is the 2nd consecutive game they failed to get it operating?

I for one do not plan on buying the game for computer until VOIP is working, and confirmed working.

Multiplayer trailer looked pretty cool for only being 49 seconds. I think the majority of us will be happy with the end product. "Positive thinking"

I feel you. If I get reported as missing just check my computer ill be sitting there playing skyrim. Super stoked for this game it looks like they've really upped the ante.

well, they have to look excited to get people to buy it. I'm fine with them making sesame street games, but does this really need to be at E3?

the compliments were pretty funny, though. "Good job, dad! Sneaky monster!"
