Oh god the multiplayer is so awful after playing BF3...its like the exact same thing as the last one, I played half a round before I took the disc out of my xbox.

If they have 3rd person team tactical mode like they did in MW2 I may get it but it would be for the 360 as i have a good group of friends I usually play with. I'm not listening to anyone I don't know in that game. Ever. BTW did they implement a mute all button? If so they already improved on MW2 by like 94858393948.3783%

Re: Should I buy MW3?
Modern Warfare 3 is most likely garbage. It's just a $60 DLC. It runs on on the same engine that they've been using since 2007. The game play is familiar as it hasn't changed in 4 years as well. The only CoD game worth mentioning is CoD 4 MW. Any other CoD since then has been trying to live off the once great name that 4 provided. Maybe if they took the time to actually listen to people instead of re-skinning a 4 year old game it would be worth playing. I have played CoD 4, MW2, and Black Ops. And I myself was living in the denial that they were going to create a brilliant game like they did in 2007. Now they're just milking a dead cow. I saw the single player footage and multi-player and was actually insulted at how little they poured into MW3. I would say buy it if you're looking for a game filled with whiny 12 year olds that don't understand what teamwork is, and also if you like bland game play that has been repeated over and over again for the last 4 years.

Re: Should I buy MW3?
I'm curious.
In BF3 forum we have a ton of ppl upset that BF3 wasn't BF2 reskinned with the new engine, change nothing only add new guns, vehicles etc. Then I see here people saying how MW3 follows a similar vein and how nothing new has been broached. I like the SP campaigns, so the lack of change is frankly a little satisfying, the MP I have a monstrous 3 hours played on Mw2. It'll be my winter days play through game.

Re: Should I buy MW3?
I'll eventually be getting this. Gotta get a new PS3 first (my old MW/MW2 buddies keep telling me to get one) then I'll pick it up. I've played the CoD games as long as I've played games and don't plan on letting up now.
When can I escape? When can I swim to the moon?

In my opinion, COD 4 was a fantastic game...but then they started pouring out new CoD's...and now like someone said previously they are just milking a dead cow.
Now if they had done to BF as they did to COD (minus the game a year thing) I think a lot of BF vets would be happy.

Re: Should I buy MW3?
well the CoD games have been nearly the same for a while, I believe. Battlefield doesn't get remade that often.
kind of depresses me... :/Me: "But the Gunslinger is so much more fun..."
Langrad: "We're here to win, not to..."
Me: "Have fun?" "Hahaha"
