Yeah, I am getting threat detections randomly when just opening my web browser. This has to be TTP ads since I reformatted my computer today and haven't visit any other sites yet except for my anti virus, Sound drivers and windows update.

It may just be probing for ad targeting, all i know is its trying to connect to my computer so i thought i throw it up just in case

could be false positives... tried downloading something else like a 30 day trial of one of the majors just to see? I've currently got Eset's protection 30 day trial with av, firewall, etc and I like it so much I may just pay for it ... on a side note mousing over an ad that went away before I could see what it was advertising opened me up to a page that couldn't be displayed and this (http://tr1.traffog.info/017wLxAzLwEzL==&1616200930066) in the address bar just now

I recognize the language of the scam, though. We've seen that one before. I'll submit the screenshots and links to our networks....see if they can ban the network.
And go buy norton 360.

Re: REPORT BAD ADVERTISEMENTS: AUDIO, POPUPS, SHADY
Just an FYI I'm using firefox at work and at home 2 different versions and also view the site with my iphone and don't get
either one of those ads. Also I've tried this while logged in and w/o logging in and haven't had a problem either way.
EDIT: those that are seeing this bad ad should report what browser they are using. Also it may or may not matter but what page
on the forums where you on when you got the bad ad.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot.

And I have yet to have a good experience with Norton.
