get rid of Highway Tampon

this map sux and is the biggest server killer out there. seems to kill the server every time.

I doubt they will this has been brought up many times in the past. Jump in some armor with you squad and roll on this map that is probably one of the most enjoyable ways of playing it

the map is 100x more fun on 2142, but I absolutely loathe it on BF2. But it is a armor map after all. Texdirect6 is right, I just rough it out.

roughing it out isnt the problem.........................IT KILLS THE SERVER. population last night went from 55 to 13 when this map came up.

If 2142 has to deal with NS you can deal with this... We have 3 server killer maps in rotation... Start some map votes try and move past it.

Frag's right; if it really itches you that much, start a vote. I'm sure the other players will notice the drop off and vote for the change IF you pick a good map like say Gibraltar or Belgrade.

what time did this occur? it most likely was late in the evening and if it wasn't I am sure to say that the population picked right back up. Play it through get some armor time towards that 100 hrs

Benny, even if your sound card was in working order, how often would you actually play 2142? The majority of the 2142 regs like Tampa; if you were one of them, you would know that.

Highway Tampa RULES!!!!!!!!!!... I prefer this map a million times over the worst map ever: Shonghua Stalemate... THIS MAP SUCKS ASS... You know why it sucks so much? Because its a goddamn STALEMATE!!!! When you think you have the damn enemy cornered, the fuckers go and cap 3 other flags out of nowhere. It sucks ass and the rounds take forever.
