TTP Gamers Forum??

Is there a way to have a General TTP Gamers Forum?

We have all these individual forums for CS, DOD, BF2, PR, 2142, ARMA, TF and CoD 4 but we don't have a General discussion area about all the games that TTP offers. I, Myself have branching out to other games on TTP servers and it would be nice to bring the community in to ONE place for general discussion on all the game servers available. I just think it is sad that there are SO many TTPers on here but we don't know each other because we each have our private little section to go to and that is were most people stay.

Has anyone wanted to discuss or invite people from other games to try something new? I think This could help bring TTP together as a whole and not keep us divided by the games that we play. Just a though I had.

We do its called "Off the Servers."

Also if old votes serve as anything to go by then the general consensus is that least amount of forums possible. Reduce the clutter.

I tend to agree with Cop. What would be discussed there that does not already have an appropriate home?

I just think it sucks that we are all in our own little area and there isn't a Gathering place for us other than OFF the SERVER BS.

How about you look at the now named "Game Discussions" area which was formerly "On the Horizon"

PC Gaming discussion on new and existing games not on TTP's roster.

Might not be exactly what you had in mind, but it is there and might not be a bad place to look to keep it away from the clutter that is in the Off the Server area since that is usually full of many, many threads, most of which have nothing to do with gaming, but rather real world issues/experiences.

My point exactly .. the off the server area is for Real life and BS not for gaming.

The Game Discussions is a good start but it also states its for general discussion that is not on TTP's ROSTER

I noticed that, but like we both said, it's a start. It could just be expanded if need be or just used for now to see if it helps. The admins are pretty flexible so it'd be worth a shot. It's not like everyone actually follows all the posting guidelines all the time anyways.

JK. Post it up hun. The more folks we get going in there the better. That forum is for game talk. The more folks aware of it the better because then it will really get it's moment to shine!

I agree with your sentiments dusty. It would be nice to interact with some of the other players, especially since I only play one TTP hosted game. By the way... you should come play TF2 more often!

I know there are SOOO many gmes so little time right now I am playing my first love BF2 then 2142, TF and DOD plus I tried to play CS but people are bitchy there if your a noob.
