Not true, my dad and I ran into a brick wall with ATT. We tried bitching them out, demanding to be sent to a US operator and they just hung up on us.

Awhile back, I had similar problems, but I LIVE in Texas. I called and bitched and bitched and bitched some more. They did nothing. Finally, when I threatened to take my business elsewhere, they sent someone out and fixed my shit for real. Like I said, not sure if you've tried, or if it'll work, but people will do anything for a loyal customer.

1 70 ms 1 ms 1 ms 192.168.1.254

I think what DJ is trying to say here is, if this is your personal router then you really should not be seeing the 70ms ping to it. What all is connected to it?

I never get above 1ms through my personal router on a ping test.

Try running the ping test a few times and see if that higher ping shows up consistently or if it ever jumps higher.

I have a switch between my computer and the router. It has my PC, the phone ,and an extra cable that is left unplugged for xbox live. The phone is probably fucking with my isn't it?
