Thread: tf2 server tweaking

Just wanted to pass along some weirdness with the tf2 top 5 server.  Since the upgrade my ping jumped a bit (though not much) but what's really werid
is that I keep getting an error when I try to join.  "Disconnected: Kicked by Console Slot Reserved"  even though there are only 12 people playing at this moment.

Just wanted to pass that along really quick

edit: I should note that I am able to get on the regular tf2 server but not the top5

I haven't tried playing yet today. Probably won't be til pretty late tonight but I'll updated this post either way once I've tried.

nope still not fixed. it maxes out at 12 ppl

there were just 20+ people on both servers. 12 ppl max? what you talking about?

I played top5 tonight seemed ok... my reserve slot has not been working all the time though? Try it again tomorrow and see if I can figure it out.

I went in to check on it and got ahold of our favorite furry who likes chicks in gold bikinis. He fixed it. Something to do with taking arena maps out? I did notice that the next map vote that came up only had "extend map" and "pl_badwater" as options (there are normally more than just 2). It could be a side affect or maybe just a fluke. Softball+whiskey+physics=tired White. I don't have the youthful energy of you young whippersnappers.

Update: I was able to get on and play w/o any trouble on both the tf2 regular and top 5 servers.
