[UPDATED] More Source Game, MOTD Audio Intros [REVOTE]

Clipped out a parts of a few songs, that had potential for being a intro clip on the motd to the source servers. Embedded a flash mp3 player for easier listining, note though the immediate beginnings of files may sound different because there is a quality loss, and trims when playing through the flash player. So before you post that ___ song starts with a static ____, listen to the file from the mp3 link directly.

Painkiller and SwitchBack will be added! Removed rejects. Had to shorten Kung-Fu to get it within legal length, got it perfect at 31.5 seconds, but, had to loose that last second and only thing able to go was the tempo shift, so theres a twe abrupt tempo change; please relisten and revote! Shortened Both Nobody clips. Added 4 new clips.

Thoughts? If one needs to have the audio rebalanced, or lowered leme know, i make the change and re-export. Some do need to be shortened, thoughts on those in particular?

Good clips, I think the length is good. That's about the time I take to get all set up and ready to go.

I personally think anything over 30 seconds is way too long for intro music =/ some decent stuff there though

Legally speaking, all of those need to be under 20 seconds, preferably 15 seconds.

i thought it was supposed to be 10% of the original song length

15 seconds? That leaves so little time, intro -5s, extro -5s, leaves 5-10s :S hmmm.

We need to edit a handful of our existing intros then..

When I took a media tech class a few years back, the professor always reminded us that licensed songs may be used in our videos as long as they are under 30 seconds. I think that is also why you only get 30 second clips for free from most mp3 sites.
