What you posted was a sentence fragment, not a question.

It's not a question you should be asking anyway, because there are myriad ways to check or verify if the server is up, two of them on the left side of every page in the forums. This should go into the Reports sticky when you have a confirmed report of a server being down.

Your newness to BF2 has absolutely no bearing on your lack of critical thinking skill or unwillingness to do even basic fact-finding. Instead of asking the question to yourself and seeking out the answer, you decide the best course of action is to spew yet another pointless thread with yet another facile post onto the forums so someone can do it for you.

Your post count was 475 when you posted this; it is now 483. To me, your object in this effort is clearly to boost your post count with semi-spam, not to post something of merit or worth.

the server info on the left updates slow so its not always current

On average, Game-Monitor updates the server data every ~2 minutes. So you decided to post and wait 7 minutes for someone to respond. And even that wasn't guaranteed, it could have been a half-hour or more before someone saw the thread.
