Thread: unconfirmed account?

Hustle is back from a year's deployment... and it says his account is unconfirmed. He can't post or PM. And for the life of me I can't remember from the switchover how to tell the site to send a confirmation email...

fixed it, also. For future reference there is a "Bugged Accounts" Forum, that only guests (can post but cannot see other threads) and webadmins can see so they can post there. (as a guest)
