I got some bullshit yank around crap from their customer service that ended with being told "As long as your connection speed to our Sacramento servers is fine, this is okay"
No change in routing path. How do you guys get to someone who knows what they are talking about?

act pissed and like you know what you are talking about. Complain that to connect to Chicago they are routing you from Sacramento, to LA, to Dallas, to Atlanta, to Chicago
If the bloke you are talking to hasn't a clue whats going on, ask to speak to someone who does. And continue to do so until they put you on with the net admins.

TF2 Main just got a huge bump in resource allocation, keep an eye on it over the next few days and let me know if there are any improvements
