It's gone.

I loaded it on the server level, but it's not showing up in Procon.

TL/DR The fuckers fucking fucked it up again.....FUCK!!

Turn off the auto update in procon. They stated on the procon site that the definitions have not been updated with the autoupdater. Update the bf4.def file after that is turned off. I think it loads the old definitions if that autoupdate is still on. I saw it and loaded it fine this morning doing that.
