the text link ads have been reenabled. You'll see them as underlined, off-color highlights of select words here and there.

don't like text link ads? then disable your current ad blocking on TPG so our regular, unintrusive, normal ads generate revenue. And/or get a reserve slot.

i'm sure its not just add blockings also maybe send out a reminder on the frong page to use the affiliate links now thats its upgrade time for bf3

those make very little money, historically. certainly nothign we can depend on, where the texts links make stably $100's a month.

As long as they close after I mouse over them I don't care. I hate mousing through a large post only to have that pop up and not go away. Then when I go to close it it opens a new tab up cause I was off by a pixel :/

yeah just sayin i dont think the majority of the people are using ad blocks and as far as affiliate links go every buck helps

Here lies the -{ArSe}-End of the...

on the left hand side thingy that shows the past 5 posts. mousing over it initiates a video ad with sound that must be manually closed.

is that something we should be reporting since it is audio?

you mooused over it, which counts as a user interaction, and makes it square with us. We don't allow (and want reported) any ads that automatically make audio without you somehow causing that to happen. mouseovers count as you.
