I haven't fooled around on the PBE, but the jungle changes do look nice in terms of opening up viable junglers.

I'm less sure about the dragon/baron changes.

On the plus side, new people to the game can finally smite other players!

I always considered taking it, but luckily I read something somewhere elucidating the spell to me. At least I think. I had two beta players mentoring me. OH GOD, FLASHBACKS TO SHEN-BOT'S PERFECT TAUNTS!

How long have you been playing White? I've been playing since closed beta. Back in the glory days Ryze could 1 shot an entire team, Blitzcrank was OP as anything, and the UI was amazing (even though it was huge)

Somewhere between the release of Riven and Graves. There was a year I didn't play, but I can remember the 14 pot morde starts and when all I needed for melee bruisers like Wukong and Gangplank top for sustain was a philo stone. It was before Dyrus joined TSM, after the initial Wukong nerfs, and well before the Wukong buffs that let him see a little viability again.

Introducing the new LeaverBuster -- a new system for aggressively tackling Leavers and AFKs

TL;DR: Chronically leaving a game (or even just one game for ranked) will result in being placed a low priority queue for a set number of games. Queue time increased by ~5 minutes and in some cases up to ~20. Queueing with a low priority player in a premade will increase the premade's queue time as well.

In the NA expansion tournament, there was a forfeit today. The sub of one team was the main midlaner for the other. His main team had to forfeit as he was not eligible to play.
