Patch 17.29.01.06 is now available! You can update your game by restarting the launcher. This update addresses a number of typographical errors related to quest text and NPC names. Note that rogue popori pranksters have mislabeled some destinations on teleportals. The teleportals will deliver you to the right location despite their efforts.

Greetings, fellow soldiers! Tamur, Kaiator's force commander, here. We're about to elect new vanarchs to oversee each province in the federation, and I'm not seeing enough excitement. We need heroes who'll inspire us. Strong, wise leadership is the key to victory over our enemies!
The recruiting posters for the war on Kaiator's walls inspire me, so let's have a contest. Make posters for your favorite vanarch candidates and write something that convinces me they're worthy to lead. The Valkyon Federation will choose the most powerful posters and put them on our front page for all to see.

Greetings again, fellow soldiers! Tamur, force commander of Kaiator, here (again). I’m happy to report that I’m now seeing the passion I had hoped for during this initial vanarch election. Your posters are bold and your devotion to your candidates is inspiring. Real leaders bring out the best in their soldiers, and it’s clear from these posters that we have some inspirational leaders in our ranks.
I chose the victors based on the effectiveness of the submitted posters and the persuasiveness of the accompanying texts describing why their candidates should win. There were many worthwhile entries. I present you with the strongest here.

Patch 17.29.02 will be deployed during tomorrow's early morning (PST) maintenance. Get ready for some sweet new stuff when you log in, like the Temple of Temerity (remember that awesome video we posted a while back?), a new level 60 dungeon instance. You're tasked with protecting a relic for 20 (20!) minutes. But the really cool part is that the rewards are on a sliding scale, as it were, so if you protect the relic for 20 minutes, awesome, but if you protect the relic, and kill a named mob—even better! Do the aforementioned and kill two named mobs and the rewards are even greater. There are four levels of rewards, so push yourself to great heights and reap the benefits. Don't forget to have fun!

Wow, you guys are creative! When we invited you to share your coolest guild emblems with us, amazing art just flooded in. We have a lot of great guilds out there with some amazing emblems. But this is a contest. We put on our best mean, judging faces and cleared away all the emblems that were merely just great rather than absolutely mind-blowing.
