TERA customers now have an additional month to subscribe to TERA at reduced inaugural rates!
We know some of our customers have not been able to lock in their discounted subscription rates due to an issue that prevents customers from editing subscriptions. While we're working to resolve this issue, we have decided to extend the inaugural pricing for another month past the original May 31 deadline, through June 30, 2012. This extension should allow everyone to take advantage of this great discount on subscriptions.

As you can see in the Castanica Chronicle below, politics can get dirty, even in the world of TERA. Well, right now is your chance to stand up for your favorite candidate. Whether you want to clean up the graft or clean up on the graft, this is your moment. Vote and be heard!
Election season means campaigning, rounding up friends to vote, and getting your candidate's message out for everyone to hear. Inspire your friends to elect vanarchs you can respect, who'll do what's needed to keep those specialty stores open and tax rates fair.
Or, if you'd rather, now's the time to start buying votes (or selling yours), declaring war on a rival guild, and assassinating the opposing candidate (again and again, if you like). Buy yourself the access you need to make sure that when deals get done, you get your cut.

Congratulations, TERA community! You not only reached the first three goals in our Facebook event that started last week, but you then stepped up to the challenge of a milestone five times that of the previous goal! With TERA's first month in the rearview mirror, we're excited to turn our attention to future content you'll see later this summer. An MMO launch is just the beginning—we're listening to your feedback and incorporating it into our plans for the game.
Many of you have shared your thoughts on TERA's two tank classes, the warrior and lancer. If you play either class, you'll appreciate having more flexibility on both offense and defense, so we're changing defensive skills to consume a new resource instead of MP. (And before you ask, yes—you'll be able to restore that third bar on the top of your screen quickly.) Warriors will gain three new skills, including the ability to block an attack with their twin swords. Lancers will get two new skills, including a skill that should significantly improve lancer mobility.

A nexus is a tear in the fabric of the Dream where strange, potent monsters invade the world. Players near a nexus automatically receive a quest to stop the incursions. Emerge from a nexus victorious, and you’ll earn significant rewards and reputation with the Agnitor faction.
