Guild wars 2 1st open beta review..

This weekend was the first weekend for Open beta in guild wars 2 pre-orders. I was a level 16 ranger when I was done..

Right when the game started it was epic especially when first joining a server... It was great that Guild wars 2 starts off with a huge event.. where you will have to take down a boss in a WoW raid scale...

While going through the map.. they got this things called Events.. Alot of events happen around the world.. Its like every 5 mins a event comes up and a whole lot of people jump in and go at it.. against enemy groups and bosses... One event that got me hooked was the epic battle of the shadow monster which consumed alot of the open area of a specific place.. and it was A wow raid that randomly came up and everyone just jumped in and slayed it...

Arena did an awesome job of giving everyone a chance to take on one guy... and play as a unit or team or guild against a world that is ever changing..

The guild wars 2 world certainly feels alive, and makes you feel like your making a difference. Questing is refreshing, and gratifying. I never usually feel the need to want to explore, but in GW2 it was so much fun to see the world because it's so dynamic, and beautiful. Combat is fun, and each class feels unique, and varied. I love that each weapon has its own set of skills to learn. I will say the combat isn't as fun TERA, and had it been this game would have blown my mind to Mars. If your into grouping, PVE, story, and exploration then this game won't disappoint. I felt like a true hero even at lvl 2, and it only got better, and better from there.

i must have not been playing the game correctly. I found it pretty boring. i like to concept of weapon skilling and such though

why does everybody ask me that? I didnt enjoy the game experience?

I have no idea how to answer that question. It just wasnt all that fun for me.

If this game had a monthly subscription I wouldnt pay for it.

How am I derailing this thread. I thought this was a thread about reviewing guild wars 2. My review is that its not that great but worth buy2play.

Apparently that makes me a grumpy retard and are you the saint who came in and attacked me for having a differing opinion?
