Thread: World of Tanks

And for all of you reading this and wondering "should I give this a try" I would encourage you to give it a go. And here are a few reasons.

1. The game is pretty balanced and low level play is as fun as mid level. The game matches you very well against other people with tanks in you tech tier so the playing field is level.

2. While not cutting edge, the graphics and sound are engaging and pretty enough.

3. They really have tried to strive for realism and historical accuracy while making the game playable and enjoyable.

4. It's free. And not just 'free but you have to pay real money to get the good stuff' but actually free. The 'premium' things aren't that much better then the normal stuff and since this is the beta they give out gold currency allowances each day so people can test out the premium stuff. In fact, right now you can't pay anything to play (they haven't set that up yet).

Depending on if my code gets here sometime soon, I will try be on tomorrow night.
